• Your acknowledgment of the house rules which include no unregistered guests/visitors, no smoking/drug use, no pets unless approved, no parties, respect neighbours/noise levels.

Failure to inform us may result in booking being terminated.
These requirements have been put in place to protect you, the property, our neighbours and future guests.
We also have a ring doorbell camera on our front door which is only for security purposes.

Please note we have done our best to provide a pet friendly yard. If your pet escapes we will not be held responsible for anything that happens.

Please leave kitchen and bbq areas as you have found them, otherwise an additional $50 cleaning fee may be applied (if they are left in bad conditions).

Pet-Friendly Policy

We’re pleased to welcome you and your furry friends to our property! We want all guests, including our four-legged ones, to feel at home. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that pets are kept off beds out of respect for future guests. Additionally, please clean up after your pets to keep the space pristine. Should extra cleaning be needed, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
